Some of the lower to neutral reviews on here are deceptive. You have someone give this app 3 stars and says they met the love of their life on here. While others complain about spending "beans" to look at who theyre friends with, when theyre trying to meet someone. Youre trying to date someone here but you need intel in order to maximum your chances? For me this app gives regular people a chance to go on real dates and not do the whole one night stand deal or be treated so poorly based upon superficial standards. This is the real deal when it comes to honest dating. Better than POF, Tinder, OK Cupid, because those places are designed for easy hook ups, unlike Coffee & Bagel.

Compared to other apps, required time investment for this app is much less which makes it very convenient if you are kind of busy in your daily stuff. I highly recommend it.

Its simple and user friendly. The girls on here seem like theyre more interested in beginning a relationship as opposed to hooking up.

Its a tinder ripoff, these idiots copy pasted thier data and gave it a different name with a little face lift,colors, backround... and boom COPY PASTED TINDER..... SHAME

Everything cost coffee beans(real money) to like some one, to pass on someone. Unless you log in daily your bean count will drop fast making it not a free app. Other than that seems the quality of people are much better than something like tinder.

This app has provided me with some quality matches and you cant take that for granted. The whole concept is just super weird though. I think in an attempt to be quirky they have just gone way too far. So so many notifications, like multiple ones everyday, using so many unnecessary words. You cant turn them off cause then you wont know when someones messaging you. And telling me to come check out my bagels? It just sounds wrong. Cool it on the notifications and trying to be different.

Works well. You can tell they spent time developing it in the real world.

Best part is the app make the process a little fun. Easy to play around, and NO super long profile need to fill!!

Curated matches gives focus on more likely meaningful connections rather than tinder style million swipe and endless chats.

I get the idea of getting one "bagel" a day and really looking at their profile before liking or passing, but I wish it was more then once a day. 2 or 3 time would be better.

- Its interesting but I dont like that if you pay to take a bagel that its gonna get queued for days (if many people take the same bagel) until she sees you for 24h. Hell maybe she wont even use the app by that time. I think if anyone spends beans on a bagel, the person on the other end should immediately sees it as an extra match for the next day. -Also its not possible to see the other pictures when you are viewing the give and take panel and this is annoying. - I think the app is helicopter parenting its users on how to behave and I find this annoying. I often receive notifications or reminders of what I could say or do and its not that cool. - There should also be an option to delete matches. The only option is to report the user which is not appropriate in most cases. All in all there are quality bagels using the app but the app remains clunky and has issues such as the ones I mentioned above. Developers should spend the time to find a solution.

I have to share that this App has many downfalls. First it is difficult to understand. I suggest you create a learning interface that will teach the user the features of the app. In what world are women called coffees and men bagels, and then also currency? Then you force someone to choose to accept or reject- but rejecting costs you bagels (your currency)? What value this app brings over any other dating site...I havent figured that out yet.

There are no matches just (null)s provided for me. The only thing this app did was take my Facebook information.
